All other things like position and location being equal, what are the effects of changes in temperature from "Cosc standard temperature" to timekeeping accuracy that a COSC certified watch will experience? Do they tend to run faster or slower if exposed to increasing temperature? Thanks.

Any temperature that you can withstand will have no appreciable effect on your Rolex.
