Breguet - info on a specific model

hi all,
i have been searching this model on the net but haven't been able to find out anything. the number on the dial (4924) is not a model number, not a movement number so i am completely lost.
is there anyone more knowledgeable about breguet?

That's the serial number, mate.

The model is 3917, it's 34mm.

not really my cup of tea but it's not mine either. the owner is thinking about swaping it for a dj which he prefers but i haven't got a clue of the breguet's value.

The case should be marked 750, then it is white gold. If not, it's SS. I am unsure if that reference came in SS, it's been discontinued for a while. It's actually two models back - the next one was the slightly larger 5907 (1 mm larger case, but a much sweeter exhibition back), and now the 40mm 5140, where they offset the seconds sub-dial to the right but closed the back and made it auto instead of that gorgeous manual

Breguet does it on quite a few of their watches, actually. I think it's done on more exclusive models only, though.

Actually - all except the XX/XXI have the serial right on the dial.

Thanks! i knew I'd get clarified!

Also on the Breguet front, isn't there a XXII now?

I think I'll look around the 'net again, has a high vpn for the chronograph function, 1/100th of a second, if I recall.

Greg, have you seen one? Or, anyone, for that matter?

I checked out a few at a Breguet boutique last weekend. The finishing on their movements is staggering! Big fan of the 5907 and 5157. Why they'd close it off to the world is beyond me.
