Food, Authorized Dealers, My AP, and More...food. *PIC HEAVY*

As many of you know, I just picked up my first AP and I've been enjoying it. Here are a few snap shots from this weekend.

Saturday morning was spent taking my daughter to Disney on Ice. This was my view. My wife and the other families we went with had a great time

Saturday was date night with the wife. It's hard to get out on our own these days. We started the evening at a wine bar for drinks and appetizers.

Next stop was dinner. We started with drinks and escargot.

And ended the evening with a 36 ounce bone in cowboy ribeye tomahawk.

I was awakened by my in laws the next morning for some Korean food. They never stop trying to feed me. Are they trying to kill me?!

A couple of hours later, my wife and I head to one of our favorite Indian places...for more food.

Now the fun begins. Maybe because we were in a food coma, we decided to go to the mall to do some shopping...On the last Sunday before Christmas. I ended up having a great time though. I stopped by the following boutiques, Rolex, IWC, JLC, Vacheron, and a few others. I had the chance to try on a bunch of pieces so I wanted to share some eye candy with you guys...

First, the Rolex boutique.

Love the Milgauss. I prefer the black dial to the GV

Next I tried on the Explorer. What a classic, understated design

I ended my trip with Rolex by trying on some precious metal...this is what it must be like to be either Mike or Ken

Next I stopped by the Omega boutique. These three pieces are stunning in person...

There just so happened to be an IWC boutique across the way...the Portugese Perpetual was a stunner

I finally had the opportunity to try on a GO Lunar at another shop around the way...amazing quality...

I then proceeded to stop by Vacheron and JLC...LOVE JLC.

Anyways, all in all it was a great weekend. I usually work on weekends so it was nice to spend time with the family and try on some amazing pieces. Hope you all enjoyed the eye candy!

Now it's time for dinner...

It was a great day. Talked to some very nice reps and got to try on a few I've never had the opportunity to before.

I love South Coast. I never get a chance to go there any more. They have pretty much everything there though. It was bananas today.

Haha I knew you would Mike

I was hoping to try on the platinum Daytona or a WG Sub but the sales rep said they had sold them recently.

That YG GMT is really starting to grow on me.

My two faves were the perpetuals...that JLC Perp is calling my name

Besides the crappy view you had, it looks like the balance of the time you and your family had a wonderful time. Fun trying out the different watches. Only if we could afford the many watches we all love and appreciate.
Merry Christmas to you and your family,
Aloha,
Tom

South Coast Plaza is a great shopping destination but still relatively far from me. I only get to visit once in a blue moon. I'm a huge JLC fan so it was nice to visit one of their boutiques.

Thanks Steve! It broke my heart every time I had to hand each piece back.

I've come close to pulling the trigger on a Milgauss a few times. It's definitely on my want list. I was a computer science major in college so it speaks to the geek in me. The black dial version is growing on me.
