Scottie Scheffler 2024 Masters trophy ceremony
Was he wearing a 116610LV Hulk or a 126610LV Kermit / Starbucks?

Looked cleanly like a Hulk when he got his green jacket today!

I wonder if that is his personal watch? I always assumed Rolex’s marketing dept gave their ambassadors a selection of presently available models to choose from,
and am surprised to see a discontinued reference on his wrist. |

For sure he personally owns that 116610LV. Could have been gifted to him from Rolex before, but I agree with you, I doubt Rolex would hand him an archive watch to wear just for this day. After all, they have several in-production green watches they could have used. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Don't forget, they have a CPO program now, so I imagine marketing a Hulk is still on the itinerary.

I think they leave that up to the ADs running the program. I feel like CPO was a bone Rolex threw to the ADs and I haven’t seen any evidence Rolex has much interest in promoting CPO. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

I'm guessing some ambassadors just have a lot of attachment to their personal Rolexes and want to wear them during some of the biggest moments of their lives. |

If it’s anything like his car he’ll be wearing it for a lot longer plus it’s good seeing someone who can choose anything wearing something slightly older

I noticed that Ludvig (also a Rolex ambassador) was wearing a black dial 126500ln at the post round press conference.
Amazing talent, and yes, I’m Swedish. :) |

Scottie had the Hulk in his bag to match his second green jacket.
That man was never going to be beaten yesterday! What a performance. |
