2022 blro vs 116500 black dial

Would you trade a 2022 blro on jubilee and 2k for a 116500 black dial? Both complete sets and both in similar mint unpolished condition? This will be a daily wearer.

I did the opposite w my unpolished black dial 116520 full set and 2k towards a like new 22 BLRO on jubilee complete set well over a year ago. The black dial just got a little boring after a while, so I would not do that trade if it was me.

Short answer no... I have both a BLNR and a white dialed DaytonaC... Would sell or trade the Daytona before the BLNR everytime. But that's because functionally speaking the GMT is higher on my list of must haves. Use the multi timezones functions all the time. Rarely use the Chrono...

I would definitely. That is a win both at retail and secondary rates.

The black 116500 is far more interesting than the 116520. I like the black 116500 better than my 116500 white as I have opined on RSC a little over a year ago.

I wouldn’t. I find my 126710blro more interesting than the 500. Black 500 would be an add piece for me, not a trade to piece.

I had BLRO for a daily for 3 years, after I got my 116500 I stopped wearing the BLRO and sold it back in January when prices were high. Zero Regrets.

I would definitely do that trade! The 116500 is a much more special watch vs the blro

100%, BLRO is a £9k watch, over inflated as the hype train claimed it would be discontinued and it sits way above where it should be - don’t be fooled the Daytona is too, I’m not saying it isn’t, but I personally, would prefer Daytona over Pepsi - my take on it …

The Daytona wears a bit smaller and thinner than the BLRO - for smaller wrists, the Daytona looks/feels better too.

Depends if you want the date complication I would say. Cant go wrong with either.

Money wise it’s a very good deal.

Setting that aside, I prefer the BLRO to the Daytona.

Yes. It's less than the difference between wholesale prices with no dealer markup.

I'd do it, OP.

Not a fan of the modern day Daytona so myself would not, depends why you want to do it is it because of the hype over the Daytona.

Both are great watches, that is good deal, if you love Daytona more than Pepsi, I would trade it right away.

I would agree with this.

I own the Black and White Daytonas and a 23 BLRO as well as a BLNR. I’ve purchased all from AD and wear my Daytonas the least by far. I would probably get rid of the Daytonas before my GMTs and keep the Black over the white.

I wouldn't do it in a million years. That's because I love the BLRO and dislike the Daytona. However, I'm not you and I can't tell you what you like.
