My Dressed Down Yacht Master

Another member had his YM on a Miami blue strap a while ago and I quite liked it. I also quite like the AP's on blue camouflage straps - so here's where I've landed.

I totally get that to most folks on here it'll be an abomination. as a Panerai owner I'm used to swapping straps and thought "why not".

Will I keep the YM is this configuration, for a while over summer yes, long tern nah.

Enjoy it. You tied in the blue with the hands. If you want to go back, it’s an easy swap so no harm done.
I’m 100% against permanent modifications to watches. This is not that.

yep, does have a certain "cool factor" to it - but that is highly subjective and personal

I think we're all agreed on that - I have a GMT, Sub and Bluesy all on bracelet - and an Olive DD incoming, so thought a bit of summer variety wasn't going to hurt, but you really can't beat the quality of a Rolex bracelet.

I like it, makes it seem “summer watch.”
Is that from Strapsco? I’ve got a red camo strap from them I want to try on my Coral OP. My only reason it hasn’t been on yet is I suck at bracelet removal.

Horus. I got it on sale, was about NZ$130 shipped from memory. currently quite a bit more, but for the bulk of you spending US$ it's a drop in the Miami blue camo ocean

Wow! I like it a lot. I have the same watch, I might try this as well. Could you share the strap shop? Was it difficult to swap out?

it came from Horus Straps;

I didn't dare try and fit it.

I have the same strap on my JCDS it's great makes the DS more wearable. Horus brand fits perfect on the watch.Color matches the blue on the dial.

I love it. Very cool the way the blues match. For me, in Jersey, that would be a daytime summer look. Back to the bracelet in September. Best of both.

I really like it! I wear my blue dial YM on a blue perlon and really enjoy it. It is super comfortable and takes some of the bling out of the watch. Not a bad thing these days with all the crime!

Looks good, I just got a black Everest rubber strap for my 16570, makes it even more under the radar.
