^ Meditation Instrumental with Native American Flutes ^

Friends: There are several on the forum who meditate, and thought I would share this calming (and hauntingly captivating) Native American Flute instrumental arrangement.

Native American Flutes: Beautiful Relaxing Music, Meditation Music, Flute Music, composed by Peter B. Helland.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jO01kemz1kY

Many complimentary comments from listeners.

Blessings,
DM

I have to meditate in silence. Music is too much of a distraction. Must be how my brain is wired.

Actually, I initially thought it would be sensational for flying through fluffy clouds, blue skies, toward endless horizons and above our earthly creation below....

Yep, that's how meditation is supposed to work. Meditation is about nothingness.

Nice music but my meditation takes place every night for 6 hours between midnight and 6am. No need for music.

I meditate time-to-time when I’m feeling anxious. I love the flute meditation music and nature sounds as well. There are times though that playing Pink Floyd puts me in the best state.

Thank you all!

To me, it has such serene, spiritual, comforting and levitational (away from stressors of the day) qualities, like when you are in the skies floating, alone, but still so connected to the ethereal surroundings of our world.
It is unique compared to most of the music I listen to, but am glad I found it last night.
I am happy at least one and more enjoy it.
Thanks again,
Blessings,
DM

I used to have an AWESOME meditation CD in my car that I found for $1.00 at an old record shop; but I had the computer/touch screen unit replaced for an issue and the CD WAS STILL IN THERE!! It was great for creating a peaceful atmosphere in LA traffic. Meditation in real nature with running water is awesome.

Welcome.

Your first post is a response to a 3 year old thread?
