Best answer. Blue dial

I like the VC, but every time I see one that has seen use, there's quite a bit of gunk in the bezel.

I voted SD, but I nearly went for the G-Shock and vacation option.

Great to see them side-by-side like that. The Vacheron looks more modern, elegant and refined. More of a dress watch. The Rolex is a tool watch, rugged and purpose-built and looks it. So which "modality" are you looking for in a watch -- that's your decision point.

Sea Dweller of course. Why? Because its the better looking watch and its a Rolex. VC's show their age, not sure why they just do..

VC to mix it up. Collection would dictate the watch selection.

Definitely the Vacheron, it’s not in the same universe as anything Rolex makes in terms of quality and finesse. Rolex doesn’t make bad watches by any stretch of the imagination, but if you really want a Rolex to look blunt and unrefined, matching it up against that Vacheron (or a similar Patek/AP/Lange/etc.) is a pretty safe way to succeed.

Voted VC for 1) a change up and 2) for something that flys under the radar.

Full disclosure, I’ve been eyeing one to add to my collection for some time.

Keep your Dweller...
The design of the VC does nothing for me., personally!!!
Point !!! Do you see the movement when looking
at your wrist or do you see the Dial, case and bracelet ?
The VC looks like a Casio or Bulova design to me ...
Nothing substantial or timeless classic that literally blows
the wannabes out of the water.
Granted you say you like the bracelet and movement,
personally I don’t like the bracelet. Plus the movement
I don’t see unless I take the watch off ...
I enjoy looking at my wrist not the movement...
Then again it’s your $$$ and your final decision... Good luck

I have a strong aversion to VC. So ugly that if one were gifted to me I would sell it, or give it away.

Bracelet kills it for me too. Otherwise I think the VCO is a beautiful watch.

I can’t vote against this guy...but that VCO’s a stunner. Good problem to have, tho I’d err towards keeping the SD43.

This, I’m glad someone said it, because I’ve honestly wondered ...

I also think it’s a very tough comparison as these are such difference watches
