I sorta had the opposite issue. Went from a YG Sub to a WG Pepsi because I ended up moving to a market where a YG Sub would bring the wrong kind of professional attention, but yet wanted that feel you get from a PM Rolex.



As an aside, having had both the current SS Pepsi and now this discontinued WG Pepsi with the back dial, I really like how the dial font is the same as a five digit model and not the slightly bolded font they use now. Minor detail, but yet visible to my eye.

It was noted in this thread that the bezel colors are different and that the SS version is more true to the original Pepsi. The WG color, both the blue and red, seem a little lighter, which I actually like (looks more like Pepsi Cola’s actual colors to me). I also read somewhere there have been color variations of the bezel over time - has the WG version remained with slight color variation or are they both one in the same at this point?
