How to adjust a Jubliee watchband

Can anyone explain how to shorten the watchband on a ladies Oyster Rolex Jubilee watch band? Thanks for any help.

If it has the older clasp (not the new hidden clasp), you can also move the clasp interior pin within the clasp for a tighter fit.

The removable links are just screwed in. Simply get a small screwdriver and remove the ones you don't need.
