Can a European Tiffany dealer offer Patek Phillipe?
I am based in Europe and one of the few drawbacks is that you cant get Patek Philippe watches at Tiffany stores like you can in the US with the cool dial stamp.
Or, can you? I was at Tiffany’s today to pickup a resized bracelet for my wife. I picked up a necklace for her as well. Nothing too crazy, less than 1k. While i was talking to the SA, i mentioned to her that its a pity we cannot buy Pateks from Tiffany in Europe. She agreed. But then she asked me what Patek would i like if they could sell it to me? I thought this was a hypothetical question so i answered 5524 pilots travel time. To my surprise, she took a piece of paper and wrote it down and told me she will let her manager know. Then asked if there is any other piece i like? At this point i started getting excited...and brave. So it told her Nautilus 5712. She wrote that down as well. Again, I asked her if they can order it. She said she will ask the manager. Now, this is not some new hire making a rookie mistake. She is quite senior and i know her for at least 5 years. She does not seem to know much about Patek as she had to google and take screenshot of both watches. And i am not a big enough client to warrant a special order i think. I bought some pieces but probably less than 10k in total with half of that being the engagement ring. Before i get too excited, has any non-US buyer with a mortal spending history been able to acquire a Tiffany stamped Patek from a non US Tiffany store? |

She might be able to find 5524 for you because secondary market is selling below msrp but I don't think she will be able to get 5712.
It's better for you to purchase 5524 from Patek boutique directly so you can establish your relationship with them for the future purchase of sport models.

There's only 4 US locations of Tiffany that are listed as Patek ADs. https://www.patek.com/en/retail-serv...ized-retailers
For example, Govberg used to be a Patek AD for both it's Ardmore and Philly locations, but now only Philly carries Patek as an AD. The same thing as the Gregory Pau debacle, his family's Spanish AD no longer carries Patek, but the presumed UK AD still does... Also applies for WOS where not all locations are Patek AD... Therefore, if it's not on the list of ADs... It is likely not able to sell dealer |

No.
A Tiffany’s SA who is not with one of the 4 cannot sell directly. But if he/she has connections with the 4 Tiffanys, they can request a favor. Sadly though chances are not high. |

May be easier to just fly to the US and find a Tiffany SA and ask to buy the 5524.

As someone mentioned above, you may not want to have high hopes for a European Tiffany store to be able to obtain a Patek watch for you. Many SAs will be polite and say he/she will ask the manager.
Patek watches are distributed regionally. So a batch of Patek watches would be sent from Geneva to HSWA in NYC for the US allocation. HSWA will then allocate the watches to the US ADs, including Tiffany. Some of the watches Tiffany sells in the US are stamped and others are not. For a European Tiffany store to obtain a US Tiffany Patek watch, I don't think it would be a simple process. As someone mentioned, your SA may be able to introduce you to a Tiffany Patek SA in the US and that may be a good lead for you to order one from a US AD. |

One thing I've noticed... If you ask for an Aquanaut or Nautilus and the sales person doesn't immediately have a reaction, you won't get one for a bit. And if they do immediately have a reaction you are either a VIP or you surely won't be getting one for a bit
