Well when I wake up each morning and look at my bedside watch and can see the time it proves I am still alive. The most precious thing we have is life, yet it has absolutely no trade-in value. So for me at the moment the most important thing is simply this, that everyday I beat my own previous record for number of consecutive days I've stayed alive.
