That was my thoughts exactly. Could be a shadow from the holder that was missed during editing, guess we'll know on Monday!

If it’s a lefty watch, OP makes most sense. Literally just a dial print variation with slightly different calibration at final casing. The fewer mods required, the easier execution is.
