Love them! As you probably noticed, incredible case, crystal, and dial details. Truth be told, while I see a lot of RO's in the wild, I don't see many CODE's, so it's a special club of AP aficionados. Only improvement I would ask is a quick strap change system! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

I’ve always liked the RG perpetual but never pulled the trigger. Love that dial. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

If you truly love the Code 1159, there are insane deals on it on chrono 24. Tourb chrono for $150k, tourbs in the $110k range.
You’re getting a ton of watch for what you’re paying Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Hmmm…I regret not buying the 26574st white dial for $50k a few years ago. Wanted as my daily but 30m water resistance killed it for me. That’s always my hesitation with not being able to hit the pool if traveling. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Any thoughts on the 11.59?

Ya that would be a heck of a watch for 50. So my first ever AP was a blue dial perpetual royal oak. I paid a 50k premium and thought I was crazy but was at a store in aspen that had it and I decided yolo. I wore it every single day doing every activity and it held up perfectly! I wound up selling it for 50k more than I paid! (To a dealer, Watchbox) Never regretted buying it and never regretted selling it. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Sounds like a great ride you had! I typically make out in the other direction on those deals. Like my 5235g I paid retail for and took a bath on a trade. Yolo! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

I went for this https://www.audemarspiguet.com/com/e...A002KB.01.html and love it, gets a lot of wrist time and attention from admirers, lot of people still surprised it's an AP |

I would stick to the ROC but try them both on to make up your mind.

The series was a laughing stock when introduced but who’s laughing now? AP!
FWIW I’d definitely buy a Star Wheel at MSRP. |

Haha yea. Francois definitely going out with a bang. Code 11 went from a complete flop into a very promising line that has potential to become a major hit in the next 2-5 years

AP has been posting lately short videos about the Code 11.59.
I remember Francois telling during the launch in 2019 that they have only a handful of people who can finish the case. Well now they have confirmed it: it takes longer than 2hours and 30 mins to hand finish the case. |
