Beware of “Peter Thoms”
I want to warn the TRF community about a scammer. He wanted to buy my WG submariner but he provided a picture of a sketchy license. I didn’t go through with the deal but I did sent him a pic of my license.
Today, he tried impersonating me and he reached out to a TRF seller trying to sell a watch. He pretended to be me and sent a pic of my license to the seller. Don’t deal with this guy. My name is Tri Nguyen Info I have on him: His email name is Peter Thoms; bess.soulsits@gmail.com; cell is 806-686-6857 |

Why would parties to a private deal need photos of each other's DL? I would not share that information with an unknown party in a watch transaction.
