I looked for a link on Omega's web site but nothing obvious jumped off the screen. Maybe someone who's ordered an Extract before it will read this and say how it's done, but if you want to get going on it then there are "Contact Us" buttons in the Customer Service section of Omega's site, and they'll probably point you in the right direction.
Omega stopped offering this service after the Speedy auction debacle.
