It seems big but the DD 40 wears big. How many links had to come out? Mine is 2.

Yes it's too big.

But people occasionally tell me my 36mm explorer is too small, and I seriously don't give a f@#k what they think. So if you're happy, neither should you.

My opinion only, but I wouldn’t wear it.

Luckily, watches are trending smaller now; those of us with smaller wrists have more options that don’t ride like a tuna can.

Always the guys with heavy Day Date OCD that are getting banned around here lol

homeboy lost 5 platinum links, posted that this 228206 would be his one and only watch, changed his mind about his forever watch, and got banned all in 14 days

Bit too big, seems like the lugs go past the edge of your wrist in the pic.

Does this DD 40 look too big for my wrist?

I would like to wear size “L” t-shirts to show off my biceps , but unfortunately, I need to wear “XL” to cover up my gut…so that’s that…

That’s a long winded way of saying get a watch that fits you.

Looks good. If you got the 36, you might be wondering if you should have got the 40.

I think we all go through this cycle of wondering, "Does this look too big or too small on my wrist?" Everyone has those moments. At the end of the day, wear what you enjoy, and don't worry yourself over what others perceive.

As for my personal opinion, I feel it is a good fit for you. The lugs do not overhang your wrist edge. The current DD40 has a well proportioned case design and wears a little compact. It's a good solution for a range of wrist sizes.
