000 vs 111

I'm trying to make a decision on my first PAM, anyone want to weigh in on the 000 vs 111/112 debate and help me out?

Display back is really a non-issue for me.

Do you want sandwich or paint?
Do you want logo or not?

Most people are going to say 111 because of the sandwich factor. I however love painted dials on the manual luminors.

I'd vote for a 000 or a e,f,g series 111,112 or a b,c,d series 1 or 2.

I'm slightly partial to the sandwich dial, but also prefer the non-display back.

At least I won't be disappointed with either, so I guess it will come down to whatever I can find a better deal on.

PAM's are all about the sandwich dial for me. 111 all the way.

While I love the look of the 000, I would go with the 111 because I would like to see that second hand moving so I know the watch hasn't stopped.

So I pulled the trigger on a 112, I had to go for the sandwich dial, but in the end I liked the simplicity of no second hand. Should have it tomorrow!

Now, can anyone point me in the direction of a distressed brown leather strap?

I've been looking around for a while, just couldn't make the final decision. I figured if i let another one pass me by, I might be sitting on the fence for a couple more weeks.

Me too

For some reason I much prefer the painted, logo and non-sub dial - it is a "less busy" look IMO.

Unfortunately no wrist shots today as I hit a road block. I was trying to make payment with a paypal balance from a recent sale and paypal flagged my payment out and limited my account :(. So now I have to go through the whole limitations thing before I complete my deal.
