Fisher space pen ink

I've read a few people talk up the space pen refills used in other pens. What's so special about them and what other pens take the space ink? Appreciate feedback. Thanks

Been using blue broad and initially I was disappointed I think because I had been using a roller ball. But after a few days of sticking with it, I'm pleased with the feel and ink flow. Also paying attention to how long it lasts. Like the lamy broad blue, but they sure feel like they empty soon.

I do not get it...the Fisher Space Pen refills are suppose to last for I believe something like 30 miles(or something like that...but I could of easily heard wrong) of writing???

Lamy has a claim to long miles too but didn't experience that. All I'm saying is I'm going to make a note of how long the fisher broad blue goes for me.

Take it easy x2

Bueller is Ferris Bueller from the movie Ferris Bueller's Day Off.

While I recommend the movie, the scenes below are what the OP is referring to.
