5980 Blue Dial

Why don't they make a SS 5980 with this dial, it's just amazing, don't like TT's very much, even if I wouldn't mind having this one but would definitely like better if it was SS, in any case probably my favorite Nautilus dial, can someone please call Patek and have this fixed?

What are your opinions on this dial and do you think they will put it on other combinations? I fell that they won't but could be wrong...

I think they'll ultimately introduce the 5990 in blue.

Hope so, I like the 5990 but with this blue dial it would really be a killer watch, not planning on getting another Patek but 5990 in blue, this blue not the normal blue, just might make me think twice, it's just incredible, prefer it 10 times to the Rolex bluesy dial, not bad but really not the same as the Patek

This type of blue is only for platinum reference

I like the blue dial on the 5980/1A. The draw to me is that the dial looks like it changes colors depending on lighting an angle.

This other blue just looks more like a nice blue but a single tone.

It's probably my fav Patek dial. Wish it came on any SS Nautilus. Its' very similar to the Bluesy dial but as the Rolex lettering is in gold rather than white it blends better so the Rolex is still my preference.

I like the bluesy but prefer the Patek, but both are great dials, I don't like TT's very much, but this TT Patek I can see myself having and wearing

The dial is great but I wanted to know if it changes color according to light like other Nautilus dials? My 5712 goes from grey to blue...

i think the 5980/1a is an awesome blue and the white subdial chrono looks perfect for a SS model..

To be honest I don't like very much the white chrono sub dial on the 5980 blue dial, I prefer much more the versions where the whole dial is just one color

I think it will look even better if the background of the date aperture is of the same color as the dial.
