Buying my first piece.

I've lurked on this site for years. Never posting. Always reading, learning, and enjoying everything horological in nature.
I am in an interesting place, have about 5k USD to spend and want some opinions. I was thinking about getting a used black bay and continuing to save for a BLNR. I've looked at pieces from a TON of brands and tried on a lot as well. I wear a seiko diver daily and love divers in general. Give me your thoughts! Thanks for reading my ramblings.

I think that if you got that Black Bay you would forget all about a BLNR.

I have a Black Bay and trust me it does not disappoint. But if it's the BLNR you want then I would save a few extra bucks and get it. It would be easier to save for the Black Bay after if you still really want it
