Datejust water resistance
Purchase my 1st Datejust 6900 series and I'm wondering about the water resistance. I'm not used to taking off a watch when I shower or swim. Do I need to take my Datejust off to shower or swim?
Thanks in advance |

Datejust water resistance
Should be ok, but You could get it pressure tested to be on the safe side.

Depends on age and condition especially . Id have it checked by a decent wathmaker before you take the plunge!

I'd pressure test any used acquisition if I wasn't certain about the service history.
Enjoy the watch!

this is an old watch, there is no problem with it being waterproof but get it checked first, as crystals do get old and crack and gaskets perish
