No. if your skin doesn't get burned off by the chlorine level your steel watch will be fine.

I'd give it a quick soapy wash after or a rinse at a minimum.

My wife in our pool wearing her DJ.

Didn't hurt it a bit.

Stainless Steel fittings are used in chlorine environments all the time; your watch will be fine.

I used to work for a specialty steel mill that made stainless steel. One of our large customers was the US military as we made propeller shafts for your destroyers and aircraft carriers. The grade was 904L. Something tells me you will be ok.

Stainless steel is very inert. i used to sail on chemical tankers and even the most nasty products do not harm the stainless steel tanks. These were 316 type steel. Funny thing is that only seawater can cause the steel to corrode. Products that will burn right through you do not harm stainless steel.

If you skin can handle it I think 904l will be fine.

Just make sure the screw is all the way down and you will be fine.

I think Rolex is supposed to live the life with you. At least sport Rolexes. I use my Explorer II everywhere, in any sports, in sauna, bath, swimming in the sea etc. Not a single second lost or gained.

Patek Philippe has different philosophy, you take care of it to give it to next generation and so on. Rolex lives with you and you give it to next generation.
