Thx! I'm torn between keeping it or selling and getting a 41mm DD. the diamonds I don't really care for, but the meteorite dial I love.
That would be the difficult decision to give up the dial if I want the larger size.

Well, I do love my 41'er, but I would spend a lot of time with the DDII in person before you decide to make the switch. The DDII is so much larger than the DD that it's essentially a different watch - the size difference is so much greater than what's portrayed here in images, even in images comparing the 2 watches side by side. I was at some AD's in Scottsdale, AZ last week with plenty of selection of both watches so I did get a chance to do a real life comparo - vastly different. I would spend a lot of time with it to make sure you really want the DDII before you give up the beauty on your wrist. Good luck!

Thx for the advice, very good point as I'm basing a 3 min comparison and try on at the dealer.
My wrist is about 7.5-7.75 inch so can probably fit well, I did notice the wider case and bigger bezel may take adjusting to. MY first impression was it was "out of proportion or balance" but now Im liking it.

Cool pictures - tell me about that DDII. Is that YG, WG, or RG. And, is that a silver dial?

The entirety of the DDII will take a very big adjustment time from the DD, but I certainly love mine. I sought out the advice of the gracious member Otto here who helped me go for the DDII over the DD. He had owned both iterations of the watch, and his thoughts and impressions swayed me to what I currently own.

FWIW, I just measured my wrist for the first time today, and the widest point where my watch is centered is 6.75 inches, so I think you'd be fine with the DDII. My wife, who saw me try on both 36 and 41 Presidents and had good perspective of the watch with my body said the DD was just too small for me.

And finally, here are a few more snaps of the DDII, this time with a far more expensive time piece.

Thx for the info. It's weird the dd 36 looks ok on my wrist but my 36mm DJ looks smaller. Could be an illusion or because of the oyster vs president band. I wear the watch below that "knub" even and my sub look perfect
That dd 41 mm was a YG silver dual if I recall.
And this other one is rose with chocolate. I like the color tone of the newer rose gold looks more copperish vs mine.

Those 2 shots look great - and the Mercedes-Benz in the background looks pretty cool, too! ;-)
