BBA in Finance. Work in Small Business and Real Estate.

Currently nothing...but I am eyeing a Daytona (SS but may hold out for WG). I've also liked the Cellini Prince as a dress watch 5443/9 for a while. I have never spent more than a few hundred on a watch (Or have I routinely wore a watch in many years)

There are far too many degrees out there that are no more useful than a roll of Charmin & many are finding this out the hard way, unemployable & swamped in student debt. We need a massive overhaul of our formal education system & a rethink of the importance placed on 4 year degrees as a whole for non-technical type roles. Stepping off my soapbox.
I agree !
I left school at 15 with no idea where i was heading in life ,I spent most of my weekends in my late teens and early 20s as a football hooligan and a pill popping acid house raver but still managed to get myself a trade .Since then ive worked all over the world in the Oil and Gas game and manged to pick up a ss Dayton a ss datejust and 4 omegas.
The diffrence these days is that too many kids are going to university picking up a degree and expecting to walk into a well paid job without ever having to get thier hands dirty,in my day there was far fewer graduates and you had to be real bright to get into Uni.
I cant remember any of my friends from back then getting a degree but i know a few of them that now own nice watches

Pretty much entering retirement now; spent some time in banking, did a stint as a CFO and ran 3 separate companies over my career. Was fortunate to make a large investment in Apple stock about 3 years ago so able to slow down on the work front; now doing something I enjoy which involves some travel and keeps me occupied even though it doesn't pay a lot. Engineering majors represented about 20% of our class and was a good foundation for business school and a career.

Love Rolex watches and Bama football. About to purchase my first Jaeger LeCoultre.
