I just had a really really really long day at work. All I want to do is drink one of my favorite beer and eat spicy crawfish.

Don't let this pic fool you. This double IPA is one of the best. Release once a year and they sell out instantly. I can nose this beer all day.

Nice work Sam!! do keep us posted - the dish is very hard to screw up and the outcome is always great

as promised last week, from the kitchen of Puffy we cooked ribs over the weekend.

bourbon and chipotle slow-cooked ribs...

the chips are triple cooked, and for a bit of extra flavour / oiling for the olde heart and arteries, they're cooked with a bit of goose fat

i've fed this stuff to great meat nations like Texas, Australia and South America, and they've all walked away saying these are some of the finest and tastiest ribs they've ever tried.

key to these ribs are patience, fine bourbon and fresh ingredients - and a free afternoon as they do take a bit of prep time, but the outcome is very much worth it

a few rubbish snaps. i was so excited making them that i was shaking

Thank you Anders without your guidance and inspiration my crafstmanship would have been none! I now need your bbq ribs recipe! See this is the perfect way for me to convince Mrs. FremStar that TRF is more than just folks discussing timepieces ;-) I just wrapped up leftovers from my first masterpiece and it was scrumptious!
