Looks great !

My wife prefers a slightly larger ‘boyfriend’ look and rocks a Submariner ….

Brought Wife in to try on a Rolex-SS DJ 36 fluted jubilee wimbledon (something she picked out).

She just said “meh, I like my Seamaster more”

Ok

I tried.

Lol

Thanks for the warm welcome and feedback everyone, I’m really happy with the watch, I think I’ll wear it often as my style in clothing is a lot of dresses and skirts as opposed to casual so I think it’ll fit the aesthetic! Loved hearing about what you all thought and some suggestions on what you or your partners/wives like to wear! 😊

My wife does.

She has a couple 26mm, 31mm DJ is probably her favorite size, her overall favorite is her 31mm platinum YM, she sold her 36mm OP and her 40mm Daytona. So now she has all 31 or 26mm.

Men’s watches she’ll wear up to 40mm but her only “large” watches are a GS, FPJ CB, and a Panerai with a white dial.

That particular DJ is a lot of "bling" for a 20-something year old (diamonds, two-tone, etc.). Only you know if it fits your lifestyle.

Looks nice on you.

I only notice Rolex's on women when they are wearing gold DayDates (loosely).
Always means they have a great divorce attorney...

I think it looks great. I do find it weird when ladies wear a way oversized watch. Was in hk a few weeks ago and majority of the ladies were wearing subs/daytonas/yachtmasters but it doesn't fit their wrists. As long as the watch fits your wrist I think it will look good.

My wife has two 36 mm DJs
One with factory diamond bezel and factory pink floral diamond dial on Jubb.
One with blue stick dial on oyster.

Lol! The gold day date 36 is actually next on my list but hopefully with no divorce involved 😂

I mean, frankly... like pretty much everything else, Rolex usually looks a helluva lot better on women than on dudes. Congratulations!

I got my wife a DJ31 TT fluted for her first Rolex. At the time late 20’s. small wrist, lean & fit (Pilates instructor). She liked it but didn’t love it.
Traded for DJ36 TT fluted jubilee and she loves that.
Recently added a Yachtmaster 37mm TT and that’s her favorite.
Ladies can wear anything really so just get what you find looks and feels the best. Check out the DJ36 or Day Date 36 (if budget allows) just to make sure you don’t prefer that size since more and more under-40 women are wearing larger watches.

It’s beautiful, I have just ordered this one with my AD.
I think the 31 is the perfect size for a women. It’s big enough and remains elegant.
My other one is a 31 and I can’t see me getting a bigger one any time soon.

My fiancé and I have been shopping for a Rolex for me for an engagement present, so we have been visiting ADs and other retailers to find something that I like, much like we did for her ring.

She has also been eyeing a few of the smaller watches (she's petite), but commented last week "I'd rather have a Patek", lol..

My wife likes diamonds, I like Rolex - so I got her this. She does not really care if it is a Rolex or not, but she says that fact that it is a watch reminds her of me. So that is good. It's all personal preference - she has a friend that rocks a 36mm 2 tone men's Datejust. It looks good. But my wife told me - make sure mine has diamonds and is not as big. So there you have it.

A 36 mm Datejust is a unisex size, not a man’s watch. Most of the women on this forum wear 36 and some wear 41 mm watches. Personally, I prefer 36 to 39 mm watches.
