I personally prefer the slate dial on 116609, using an extra red hand and extra red indices. On the other hand you loose out on the chromalight arabic lume.

I would pass, this one doesn't do it for me even with Rubber b.
Full Bracelet on Daytona is the way to go IMHO

I prefer the metal bracelet. The non-bracelet models look good but it would have to be part of a larger collection.

I know this is an old thread, but I thought I would post my 2c. I have this Leather German waterproof strap by Di-Modell. It is another option for use in the water vs a rubber strap.

Couldn't agree more, guys. When we're looking at dropping the cash for one of these PM beauties, it's just got to tick all the boxes...IMO, anyway.

I prefer metal bracelets, but I really like that model.

Sweet Zenith!

Is not having a bracelet option something to refrain from buying the leather version?

I don't think so. I was looking for a watch on strap and was considering the Skydweller when I spotted this example.

Have others on bracelet when the mood strikes.

I wore this 116519 for 14 years and LOVED it. In a moment of Stupid, I sold it and have regretted it since.
