They won’t do warranty work on a watch that was worked on. They will just charge you.

The bezel ring is also the thinnest of the rotating bezels (vs a sub/sea dweller bezel) combined with the thinner red/blue bezel makes these inserts a bit tricky. There is a thicker steel retaining lip on the rotating bezel with the diving watches, whereas the retaining lip on the GMT is almost flush with the ceramic insert and cannot withstand any downward pressure from the caseback remover.

Delving into the device would kiss the warranty goodbye, not that it was covered to begin with. However, there's a glimmer of hope—they might just replace it. The silver lining? The unique way it broke could spare your wallet, as they might skip the service charge due to the lack of a dramatic fall or impact. Lucky break, isn't it?

2018, seems a mark1, they won’t replace a same bezel, but it’s interesting to know that the Pepsi bezel is so fragile

The lugs should be supported on a proper caseback opener so the bezel doesn't come into contact with anything.

I also heard that this is the reason for the low production & the possibility that the Pepsi will be discontinued. Very brittle.
