Great shot, Kevin! I have two static jumps to my name, but I never got to the freefall stage.

Except for the 'stache, this could be a self-portrait. Or self-fulfilling prophecy ?

The Cal.550 movement from the '62/'63 Omega SeaMaster De Ville (non-date) I re-built for my wife. Fully torn down & ready for cleaning. It's all back together and timed, just need to order (& install) a new crown...Its already received a new mainspring, minute wheel, stem, & crystal. Not bad for a watch that was found on the street! (looking like it had been run over by a car.)

Cherry Jump.jpg
18 years old. Getting the chutes on at Salt Lake Air Base in preparation for a night jump at Cedar Drop Zone. My first jump with the group after completing jump school. Although you can't see 'em, there are three or four Rolex watches being worn in the picture. I had on my G-Shock. |
