Wow! That's a beautiful piece, Greg. Of course, the financial consideration is the paramount issue. $60K is a lot of simoleons to have tied up in one watch. If it's simply a matter of exchanging several toys (i.e., the Jag, etc.) for one "vintage" toy, then I think you should go for it. OTOH, if it would be a struggle financially to make it work, or if current liquidity is necessary, then you may want to cogitate about it some more. In any event, good luck with your decision. I'm certain that you'll make the right one.

A true beauty indeed! My how times change, I recall a few of my elders telling me that there was a time these Daytona's did not sell and now they are coveted by collectors worldwide! These are the things that make horology buffs cry! Good luck Greg!
