Apparently, it's better than Langdon, MN, Joey! A refreshing reminder of winter.

Not necessarily what I would characterize as my best, but certainly one I liked.....was taking some pictures at a Renaissance Faire, and took a quick hand held snap to see if I could catch an arrow in flight....

Some very cool, and well done pics being shared in this thread!

I was quite pleased at how these turned out, I used an iPhone 4S and messed around with them in Lightroom.

I went to Baltimore a few years ago. The time was late October into early November. There happened to be one great day and a few friends and I took the train to Washington DC to see the sights. I took these pictures with a Nikon D40x and the standard 55mm lens (on automatic). I thought they came out quite well for just snap and go pics. Hope you like them.

Aloha, Tim

Beautiful orange colored tree in the middle of a stand of green trees. This was right by the Vietnam Memorial.

You can see from the blue sky what a perfect day it was for the sight seeing trip in late October. Washington Monument looking majestic.

Arlington Cemetery was beautiful and very somber place. I could not believe how big it is. This is just one section.
