Is it safe to wear a Rolex with a hooker in Vegas?

Apparently not.

Sorry to hear OP. Any chance you or someone you know could have taken any photos of the woman involved. Drinks in the bar CCTV etc etc. I'd imagine she is known. Best of luck in getting this back

Some funny comments - the Rolex you wear in Vegas stays in Vegas.

Sorry to hear that op, I will be in Vegas on the 19th but my wife is always with me and we always go in a group of 15-20 people and outside of the room we stick together.

Sorry you lost your watch and you are lucky to be safe.

My question would be that if you were so intoxicated you passed out and didn't feel feel you watch removed from your wrist, how did you wake up just on hour later?

I don't think they really care about property crimes here in the valley. I have 2 personal experiences where easy police work could have solved a stolen car based on credit cards used at target. Another a home burglary... they just didn't care to do the work.

Should be plenty of camera footage in a Hotel. She shouldn't be hard to identify.

I guess I'm in the camp where I can't muster up the sympathy for someone that gets shitfaced drunk, takes a stranger to his room, and wonders why he got ripped off.

But that's just me, I've been wrong before.

That's too bad. For that kind of money probably could have gotten a lease arrangement instead of a rental...

Sorry to hear about another watch crime.
A little birdie told me it showed up at the Pawn Stars
shop and Chumlee bought it for $300. Wouldn’t
give her a dollar more!
Seriously, hope you get it back. Vegas is working on
their reputation as a safe place. Lots of competition in gambling.

Curious though, do you think you were drugged?

This happens all the time out there. Has happened to a couple buddies of mine. The hotel / security does not usually do a whole lot. Once in a while it will make the news but most go unreported. Sloppy guy randomly meets a dime that wants to party with him for free for the night......LoL.

WOW, you can’t even hookup and get a legit piece anymore without getting jacked in the wrong way…

Not good. I read a very good book. Talking to Strangers. "What we should know about the people we don't know". Never trust people that you don't know especially while drunk.

Ouch!

Sorry for your loss. I guess sometimes what watch you wear to Las Vegas stays in Las Vegas.
