I always have liked the look of a two tone Datejust hanging "casually loose" but never could get used to it myself. Not only was it uncomfortable but I always thought it contributed greatly to band stretch...

I was wearing my SS Datejust a little loose for a while. I was getting used to it, then I bought a screwdriver and sized it a little more snug. I think I like it better snug |

I have only worn it a few times...to Christmas parties actually. I do feel a but self conscious when wearing it. I am much more comfortable in a stainless GMT/SUB or two tone Rolex Datejust or GMT. To me there is only ONE way to go with the Datejust...the classic elegance of two tone.
My favorite sold gold watches are Vintage Omega Constellation Pie Pan's or with daily business suit, a solid gold Concord Mariner on a black lizard strap. |

No pics, but I wear a platinum wedding band and Miami Cuban link chain 7mm 20” in 14k white gold. I never take the wedding band off. And rarely take the chain off (just to give it a quick cleaning once in a while).

On my left, I wear my wedding ring and watch. On my right, I stack these two David Yurman bracelets that I never take off (they’re tough). I wear this David Yurman ring to work as well.

I got the reference, lol. Met him once as well-he was filming with Travolta here in town. Both of them were very down to earth and accommodating. Stainless Sub was the extent of his baubles that day-Travolta had on a Breitling. Not sure if John was a brand ambassador at the time or not... |

Haha-just a product of my environment. Most of the guys I grew up with got some ink and jewelry at 16-kind of like a rite of passage. I do get asked that sometimes in Florida-random people asking me if I am connected or made.... I always tell them you watch too many movies, the mafia doesn't exist. It confuses them even more. not that it matters but I am Italian/Arabic so the tan skin tone and dark jet black hair doesn't help me curtail the Q&A from the locals. |

That is EXACTLY what a real wiseguy would say. I'm really really really sorry if I offended you in any way..."on this, the day of your daughters wedding"...

I feel like full gold might be a little more subtle than a two tone, but I’m not sure. While I love the bluesy, and a two time Datejust, I sold my bluesy to buy a Datejust because the bluesy felt too flashy for me. Trust me though, every time I see a picture on a website or forum of a blue two tone sub, I miss it |

Nice If you haven’t already, I HIGHLY recommend looking up how a Miami Cuban link is made. Such a cool process. It is my dream to try to make one one day. |

I really like the silver toned bracelet. DY makes really nice looking stuff. I like a lot of their rings. |

Yep, lots of really cool videos on YouTube of handmade Cubans. Daniel Jewelery’s channel has some great ones.

I grew up with my Mom’s favorite stone being tigers eye, I think that is what drew me to it. As I’ve gotten older, I love the color brown for accessories, like leather. And tigers eye reminds me of both |

Haha that’s cool. The only assumptions I get are other teachers and sometimes students, thinking that im a high school student I would much rather someone assume I’m a mobster To a certain extent of course. I don’t want to get shot down either |
