A little earlier may be better to accommodate those coming directly from work..... Any input ? I'm pretty flexible as I'm off that day.

Hey everyone I'm realizing that the date is off. We were looking to do this in a Wednesday evening, hence it would be 17th or 24th. Can those potential dates work for people? I'm definitely no good on the 18th but I can make the following Thursday if people want to keep it on a Thursday... Give me a sense and I'll start an official email tally. Thanks all.

If that's best for everyone then is there an objection to extend it to the 25th?

That's the impression I was under. So what now? Does everyone want to change the date or stick to the 18th....... Opinions needed.

Alright so now someone needs to just take ownership and set a date time and place for it. I've had my share of gtgs and would prefer to be a spectator rather than organizer.

Well i was initially going to try and organize it, but had my head up my ass with regard to what day of the week the 18th was (thinking it was a wednesday). My friend Dario, who helped me scout the location is able to make the 18th, however, unfortunately I am not. I don't want to inconvenience those who have already planned on the 18th, so if that day works best for all, then perhaps Dario will elect to organize the meet. Otherwise if I'm to organize it, it will take place on the 25th :)

I'm open to other dates. Goal would be to have as large a gtg as possible. I'm free Thurs Sept 18 & 25th. Fellow TRF'ers what are your thoughts
