Cycling is my normal go to, but my muscle in my thigh is messed up right now and has a huge hematoma from a pretty bad head on collision exiting a 2 way trail.
I love kayaking though, hiking, and thrifting. I usually just cruise the web on my phone and research whatever peaks my curiosity.

pump iron all out even at 64yo been doing it for 40 years. being a cop and firefighter brings stress in so many forms retired now with ptsd

used booze too ended up in rehab
