I am a customer of the Rolex AD in Artesia, and my experience with them has been pleasant. I have no purchase history with them but when I inquire in January of this year of a Submariner, the agent was kind to take my information and let me know when one comes in, in which I have received the call and purchased it in January. I purchased my wife an OP36 from their store yesterday.
There will always agent(s) trying to make a quick buck, and take advantage of unsuspecting customers, that should be, in my opinion, reported of such unscrupulous deed. I am not discounting OP’s story if it is true or not, but my experience with them has been great, and have yet receive this type of proposition for I have expressed an interest also on a Daytona. I’m not in a hurry, and I am hoping that I will get the call from my sales agent when the timepiece has arrived. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Correct. Thats what my SA told me as well. Even though its titled an MSRP Rolex prohibits them from selling higher.

Finally got it this weekend.
I know I pay a premium for a Daytona from an AD but at least I get the warranty under my name. |
