Guys,

Thanks for all of the responses! It makes this even more fun! I appreciate everyone's support and excitement!

We sold our house at the golf course (My dream) because we were on the main road & had a small lot. A 15month old son will really changes things up!!!! We are moving to a smaller neighborhood (I can still drive my golf cart to a different golf course) and will be in a cul-de-sac! The lot we have bought is 3 times bigger than what I just sold!

We are so excited! I am picking up the contract from the builder tomorrow and will be getting the process started ASAP!

As for my watch collection, that's a whole different topic! HAHAHA I have somewhere around 25 watches. A few Rolex/Tudor, JLC & a LOT of vintage Seiko!

I would consider myself a vintage Seiko collector over everything. The goal of my watch room isn't to flaunt wealth, but to show off my passions! I am on the hunt for vintage watch advertisements, and I'm going to try to score some AD display objects.

I want to also display my shoe collection, and whatever interest my son and I share once he's old enough. I hope he likes watches, my father already has him a Yachtmaster!

Ultimately it will be for myself and Tripp (son) to hang, and hopefully will be a cool place for his friends to hang as well. You will pull a book out and the bookcase will open into the room!!!!!

Closing is set for the 13th, hopefully grading will begin sometime that week, just depends on weather. Hopefully the build will take less than 7 months!
