Beyond me. Looks like a partially visible cleat with a rope running through it that terminates in another handled thing that would act as a final stop when it hits the cleat-like item. PFhhhhh.

Oh! It's a jump rope for someone with two left arms. I hate trying to make sense of out of focus photos.

I think you've got it, Greg. It's a jump rope for vertically challanged people.

Asking for it to be in focus is a lot to ask of my limited photography skills but I tried.

It is a pull thingy that connects at different locations. Similar to the pull thingy on a reserve parachute. Maybe it is the pull thingy on a reserve parachute.

That's really way much better... but still doesn't give me the answer. But I can see that the bits are metal and handles, so something with a line of handles joined by a rope... a high tech tug-o-war rope. What else would require a series of handles on a rope? Something JJ does in the shower?

A vintage car, perhaps a MB, whose owner is afraid of the dark and likes to announce he's coming (all the horns).

3 could be said to be construed loosely as true, which is to say that the words are right enough although the meaning is wrong.
