You are almost there. Rice is the ingredient. On the menu for breakfast in South India. We call them 'IDLI'.

Eat with chuney made of coconut and green pepper and also with 'Sambar' - a spicy vegetarian curry.

We had leftover truffle lobster risotto from previous night, so we made risotto cakes out of them + Dijon mustard lamb chops and asparagus
