Rolex Oyster Perpetual Date

Dear Forum: I have inherited an older 31mm Oyster Perpetual Date. From what I can see is that is states "T Swiss T" so it was manufactured in Switzerland, my guess sometimes in the 80ies or early 90ies? What really puzzles me is that the SCOC Verbiage is missing and I always thought that only a few 'special purpose' models did not have this verbiage, or much older watches. Your thoughts on this?

.
Can you post a better picture?

Any other information you can provice, Model and partial serial number (first few numbers). These can be found on the case at the 6 and 12 O'clock side of the case..

This has the look of a 26mm watch, such as a 6516, 6916 or similar, so it would be interesting to know if this really is a 31mm case or if it has been wrongly measured.

If it is a 26mm watch then it is normal to see the Date version without the SCOC script as that was used only on the Datejust versions.

As TimeToGo has said above, getting the model and serial number will help a lot.
