When do you know you have a watch problem?

I realised I had too much of a watch problem when I walked round the house with a Pepsi on one arm and a Daytona on the other deciding which one to wear that day.

I’d be interested to hear when others members realised when they had a watch obsession/problem....

Or maybe everyone is in denial!

When you ask the question?

When you look at your watch 100+ times a day, but have no idea what time it is.

When do you know you have a watch problem?

It's not a problem if she doesn't know I'm still buying watches after I told her I stopped!

Like anything else, it becomes a problem when it affects other parts of your life negatively (finances, job, relationships, mental health, etc.)

If it's a hobby pursued with disposable income that doesn't spill into other areas of life, I don't see a problem

1. When you lie to yourself and actually believe your newborn son will want and cherish an already dated anachronism purchased today. 2. When your posting pics of your wife's wrists with a deep sea seadweller on and going on about how she loves the chunky size and maybe she'll share it with you.
3. Buying a "hot watch' that you didn't really want (I'm guilty of only the last one)

I have done number 3, but it actually led to the best watch I’ve had so counts as a good thing in my book....

When you are at a scenic location and instead of enjoying it you search for the perfect lighting angle for your wrist shot to post on TRF!

Number one is dead on. I cannot prevent myself from shaking my head whenever I see these posts. Instead, take the money and put it in an education savings 529 fund (in the US) if you want to do something for your kids.
