Was the forum down?

Just got up this morning and found I was able to get on to the site again. I could not get on to the site most of yesterday afternoon and evening/

Anyone else expereince this?
Sorry if there is a thread already, I must admit I looked but could findd no mention !
Great to have the froum back and working though!

Apart from 1 hour about 5 hours ago (when the forum has been performing a back-up) it has been operational all the time to my knowledge

To get to the forum you may have to go through a dozen routers around the world. If one of those routers is down or there is some other technical problem between your location and the forum server then you may well experience difficulties in connecting.

This problem is beyond our control, it rarely happens but it can happen. Hopefully it is all good now.

It must have been something this end, we have been having high winds and heavy storms, maybe that had something to do with it!

It is great to know all is well though. I thought there was a repeat of what happend a few months ago,espcially in light of the PP thing that happend!
