That's the caliber number you're referring to, not an actual watch reference (model). This means it's the designation for a type of movement.
I don't know how long it's been in production for, but I'm pretty sure it's been a while. It's the standard movement for Patek ladies' manual wind watches (not many models of those). There's also a complication based on this movement, which is a moonphase display. Price wise, it's hard to say without an actual reference number for the type of watch you're referring to. |
