I believe the 16710 has letter suffixes on the paperwork (not on the watch). "16710 B" indicates Pepsi. "16710 A" indicates Coke. I think I have the right. I don't know about the 1675. |

I've owned mine for almost 2 years. I wear it at least 2 times a week and most of the time it is weeks at a time. I purchased as my birth year and also as a birth year for my son.

Here is my 16700, bought from my local AD after they sent it out for service after a trade in. Love this watch. Had for over a year.

A beauty! With those pointed crown guards, they ought to call that model the "Mr. Spock." |

Here is mine, got it from Jacek a year ago. It's my daily beater. 1675 from 77-78.
My brother got a 1680 in -78 and I had my eyes set on the GMT when my preferences was sidetracked by digital watches in the early 80's, started looking again in the early 90's but never pulled the trigger until now. |

This doesn't compare to some of the watches in this thread, but I love my 16700

I had been looking out for a Pepsi for some time, to compliment my 5513 & 1680 Subs. I have a friend who is an AD, and out of the blue he turned me up a 1675 from 1967/68 a couple of months back. One owner from new and he serviced etc just as I bought it. The original owner traded up for a new Rolex. I have been wearing it fairly solidly since and am very pleased with it. Feels a bit lighter and is perhaps easier worn than my Subs. No doubt the bracelet and probably a few other parts have been changed through the years, but it maintains its maxi dial (almost dark grey rather than pure black) look. Definitely a classic from Rolex and definite keeper!

My late 70's 1675
This was my first project watch. I have had it a little over a year.
I wear this watch or late 90's 16710 (currently at RSC NYC) most of the time. Pepsi is the S$%t! The blue and red is more appealing to me. I have black and green inserts in custom bezels that easily pop off and are changed in seconds, but the pepsi gets the most time at about 98%. I have an authentic bezel and pepsi insert that I keep safe because I don't want to ruin it. You can see in the pictures the transition the watch has made from when I got it to now. |

And now I have a dilemna been wearing my 16750 two days and love it more than I thought I would its stunning. Just vintage enough just modern enough and just eye catching enough.in a year or so of 16610 I had 1 person say "nice watch" today I had 2 people compliment it even one in a meeting ask to try it on.pepsi rules.
So I want to wear it everyday but the problem is that today royal mail special delivery came a 16710 and again whilst very similiar to my outgoing 16610 it just feels nicer, maybe more comfortable/thinner/lighter and more subtle. So which do I wear on hols for beach and pool and which for office and meetings..... or keep one sell one? Sent from my GT-I9505 using Tapatalk 4 |

My first & only Rolex, and it's the one that I wanted for years... dad's pepsi GMT (I think it's a 1985. Need to learn more about these...) I remember when he bought it.
After wearing big watches like a Panerai, Omega PO, and a Doxa, I'm amazed at how light & comfortable this watch is on the wrist! It's probably going to be my daily wearer now. |

Here's one more
This is a 1675 I bought in 1963.
Except for cleanings and in a couple places in 'Nam where I didn't want to risk it, have worn it every day. Bought it because is was the best looking rugged watch available in a great jewelry store in Singapore. |

I think your watch has substantially increased in value over the 50 years, i am sure you never guessed that when you bought it? |
