eBay or another second hand dealer. I believe these have been discontinued long enough now that they are only available second hand. I have been looking and some reasonable deals from time to time pop up.

I haven't looked in a long time, but there are Rolex/Tudor ADs on almost every street in the main tourist areas, so you should be able to find one without going too far.
