Ah, good point about the painted minute track. Also there's a lume dot right in the middle of "T SW⚪SS T" which I feel supports the aftermarket theory.

Three separate features - lume plots, painted minute track, and batons - all three of which are present here, but afaik none of these three are seen on any other factory stone dial. I didn’t even notice the lume, and you are right - The 6 lume is placed on top of the TST text.

Something’s wrong here ... Given that the stone itself is also unfamiliar, made-from-scratch seems most likely. (I also don’t recognize the bracelet, but it may just be one I’m not familiar with.)
