When I was in business, I would answer every inquiry, no matter what. It's just good business practice, and it will certainly pay off for SAs when market conditions reverse.

As an aside, when I was dealing with Chinese suppliers, they mostly refused to say no. They would simply not answer. That was just their way. "No" was an embarrassment. I would tell them that in the West, we respect a "No" answer, and we're insulted when we don't receive a response. Did it do any good? No.

I prefer to go in and have a face to face conversation with my SA. I text on occasion but typically not for watches I am waiting on.

I actually have a great relationship with my SA and joke around a lot.

I have pretty much received anything I’ve requested except the new Daytona (which is the one I was hoping to get before my b-day!).

My SA asks me to keep in touch. So, I do. It seems to be working well. Having said that, I’m not asking for a Daytona or a Pepsi GMT on Jubilee. I just want a new Explorer.
