Rolex Platinum Day-Date, Ice-Blue Diamond Jubilee Dial

I came across this website today, and I must say it is a truly great resource, and has helped me significantly in planning my next purchase to add to my collection. So, I figured I'd join in on the fun and show off my pride and joy, the first Rolex watch that I've added to my little collection! I purchased this a few months back from a local Rolex dealer, and it took an amazing six months to deliver, but I think it was well worth the wait.

Description:
Gent's Rolex Day-Date wrist watch, platinum case, diamond bezel, ice-blue diamond jubilee dial with diamond lugs, platinum diamond Super President bracelet concealed clasp, Rolex automatic chronometer movement

Appraised at: $110,040 CAD (about $1.50 for all you Americans )

So, I don't know where I can go from here, but I do plan to add another to the collection in the next couple of years.

I was trying to do the math in my head of what they charged you per link . I know the Rolex Diamond Bezel is $10K US and I know the diamonds on the face is $5 - 6K US. From there i ran out of fingers and toes. Very nice watch.

I was told the bracelet is $80,000 CAD on its own. :)

The dial looks authentic to me(from what can be seen on the screen). As far as I know, the ice blue a.k.a. glacier blue dials are only featured in the platinum cases... Someone please correct me if I'm wrong though....

Extravagant Rolex, but too blingy for my taste, I'm afraid.

I imagine it would be hard not to get mugged while wearing that watch. Then again, with a watch that sparkly, if someone did try and take it from you, you could just hold your arm up and let the reflection of the sun burn their eyes out. haha

Well, that`s maybe the most luxurious watch that I`ve ever seen.
It`s not exactly my cup of tea,but I admire it,I confess!
YG Day - Date(without brilliants!) remains my Grail watch...
