Probably a Sub or Seadweller - since I'd be diving for food a lot (all the lobster & crab)

A watch would be the last thing on my mind, more concerned in water and food far more important than any watch.to stay alive.

Yes,
I wear a Rolex because I enjoy them. Doesn’t matter who is around.

Going to need a waterproof watch for all the swimming and spearfish I would be doing. Would definitely want my Seadweller

If I was alone on a deserted island my watch would be whatever I was wearing when I fell off the ship. This would likely be my BB Heritage or my Explorer II Polar, since these are my travel watches.

^^^^ what he said ^^^^^

Why would I need to know what time it was? If I had to pick a watch, I’d want something with a timer or a bezel.

I’d also like either an auto, or something solar. A battery powered watch could turn into a hammer as soon as the battery died.

First choice would be my Sub, second choice would be my GShock.

Thanks to people who responded. I asked this question because some people say things like oh I didn’t buy a Rolex to flex, I bought it because I actually use my watch and appreciate its practicality and functionality… but let’s be real here, if there was nobody around to flex to then most of us wouldn’t be wearing a Rolex, there’s other watches that are lighter, more comfortable, more accurate, and can take much more punishment than a Rolex. Just like you wouldn’t be wearing Gucci flip flops and Lanvin shirts in the middle of nowhere, people wouldn’t wear a Rolex. It’s an accessory and status symbol first and foremost that happens to tell the time as a secondary feature, not the other way around.

Plus 200m WR, multiple world time settings, five alarms and can bang it against rocks or whatever with no worries.

Am with Adam on this one!

Funny, I use my watch frequently during the day.

You don’t?

Yeah no duh

You’re either missing the fun of the question, or your intentionally trying to ruin the fun.

I'd still wear a Rolex. Not sure which one, but whatever one I was wearing when I got stuck on the damn island.
